The fabrication of insulation panels made of reed
Before the insulating boards out of reed are fabricated, the raw material must be reaped. After the harvest the reed batches are piled up to pyramids and dried for the placing to insulating boards.
Before binding the insulating boards, the several stalks must be cleaned and freed from leafage and ears. The lengthwise sorted stalks are then combined in a given mixture ratio and can be bound to an insulating board.

insulating boards, the wires must
be threaded through the raw form.
After the wire has been threaded through the raw form, the raw form can be backfilled with reed. Now you can place the first layer of reed and after the first layer you place and bend a wire clamp. After placing every layer the insulating board must be clenched tightly. Then follows the next layer so that by and by the insulating board gets after every layer wider and wider.

of reed wire clips are placed to
the insulating board.
The placing of the last layer is carried out very carefully because the breadth of the insulating board can at most vary by 0,5 cm. The solidity and durability of the fixation is also very important. After the insulating board has been bound, it gets cut to length with a parting-off grinder. The palletized insulating boards are now ready for dispatch.
